Preparation

  1. Fill a balloon glass with ice cubes.
  2. Stir with a barspoon to refresh the glass.
  3. Pour in 4 cl of Hendrick's Gin.
  4. Add 12 cl of Hysope Cucumber Tonic Water. Stir.
  5. Express the lime zest before placing it into the glass with a rosemary sprig.
  6. Serve with a bottle of Hysope Cucumber Tonic Water.
