Once you have validated our quotation, our delivery times are between 4 and 7 working days.
Additional lead times may apply during special periods such as the summer season.
Delivery is free for orders over €320 excluding VAT. For orders below this amount, a delivery charge of €30 will be applied for the whole of France, except for the Paris region, where the charge is €15. Our minimum order is 7 cases. For more details on our terms and conditions, please contact us!

Our Mixers, in bottles or cartons, should always be stored upright, away from light and humidity.
All our Mixers (Tonics and Ginger Beer) have a DLUO of 24 months (2 years) from the date of production.
In France, we work with 4 major distributors: C10, Metro, Distriboissons and France Boissons.
Our Hysope Mixers are also available from a number of independent local distributors. Don't hesitate to contact us to find out which partners are closest to your establishment!

Our Mixers
All our Mixers are made with carbonated water, citric acid, organic beet sugar from Hauts de France and natural flavors. All our flavors come from "natural flavors of": the highest quality grade of flavors available.

Our range of Mixers is made from natural, 100% organic products, so you may occasionally notice slight deposits or flakes. But rest assured, this in no way affects the taste quality of our products, which remain completely safe to consume.
Hysope is a bitter-tasting plant with blue, violet or white flowers that grows in the rocks of Provence. We've chosen it as our symbol because it's a plant with a straightforward, unmistakable taste, and what's more, it's French!
