The Perfect Gin & Tonic

Difficulty :
A rosemary leaf and a slice of lemon.

Ingredients

4 cl of Citadelle Gin
12 cl of Hysope Original Tonic Water

Garnish

Half slice of pink grapefruit
Rosemary sprig

A rosemary leaf and a slice of lemon.

Preparation

  1. Fill a balloon glass with ice cubes.
  2. Stir with a  barspoon to refresh the glass.
  3. Pour in 4 cl of Citadelle Gin.
  4. Add 12 cl of Hysope Original Tonic Water. Stir.
  5. Garnish with a half slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary on top of the glass.
  6. Serve with a bottle of Hysope Original Tonic Water.
