Espresso Latini

Ingredients

4 cl of Vodka #1 Distillerie de Saint-Malo
2.5 cl of Adriatico Amaretto
1 barspoon orange blossom water
An espresso shot
5 cl of Hysope Original Tonic Water

Garnish

Orange zest

Preparation

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes.
  2. Stir with a barspoon to refresh the glass.
  3. Prepare a shot of espresso.
  4. In your shaker: pour 4 cl of Vodka #1, 1.5 cl of Amaretto, 1 barspoon (1 cl) of orange blossom water, then finish with the still-warm espresso shot.
  5. Shake !
  6. Using a cocktail strainer, pour the mixture into the glass.
  7. Add 5 cl of Hysope Original Tonic Water, pouring it along a barspoon to preserve the foam.
