Menthe-Pastille Cucumber

Menthe-Pastille Liqueur, lemon, saline solution, Cucumber Tonic Water Hysope.

Ingredients

2 cl of Menthe-Pastille
2 cl lemon juice
13 cl of Cucumber Tonic Water Hysope

Optional
2 dashes of saline solution

Garnish

Cucumber washer
Mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Remplissez un verre long drink de gros glaçons et remuez brièvement avec une cuillère pour bien le rafraîchir.
  2. Versez 2 cl de Menthe-Pastille et 2 cl de jus de citron jaune frais.
  3. Ajoutez 2 traits de solution saline pour un bel équilibre en bouche.
  4. Complétez avec 12 cl de Tonic Water Concombre Hysope bien frais.
  5. Mélangez doucement à la verticale pour préserver les bulles.
  6. Glissez un gros glaçon en plus et terminez par une tranche de concombre et quelques feuilles de menthe.
