Ingredients

4 cl of Moon Gin
10 cl of Hysope Elderflower Tonic Water
1.5 cl of white vermouth
1 cl of violet liqueur

Garnish

Lemon zest

Preparation

  1. Fill a balloon glass with ice cubes.
  2. Stir with a barspoon to cool the glass.
  3. In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour 4 cl of Moon Gin, 1.5 cl of white vermouth, then 1 cl of violet liqueur. Stir.
  4. Using a cocktail strainer, pour the mixture into the glass.
  5. Add 10 cl of Hysope Elderflower Tonic Water.
  6. Express the lemon zest and use it as a garnish.
