Ingredients

4 cl Moon Gin
10 cl of Elderflower Tonic Water Hysope
1.5 cl white vermouth
1 cl violet liqueur

Garnish

Zest of lemon

Preparation

  1. Fill a copa glass with large ice cubes.
  2. Stir with a cocktail spoon to cool.
  3. In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour 4 cl Moon Gin, 1.5 cl white vermouth, then 1 cl violet liqueur. Mix well.
  4. Using a cocktail strainer, pour the mixture into the glass.
  5. Add 10 cl of Elderflower Tonic Water Hysope.
  6. Squeeze out the zest from lemon, then decorate with it.
