4 cl of G'Vine Floraison Gin
12 cl of Hysope Elderflower Tonic Water
2 cl of lemon juice

Garnish

Lemon slice

Preparation

Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes.
Stir with a barspoon to cool the glass.
Pour in 4 cl of G'Vine Floraison Gin and 2 cl of lemon juice.
Add 12 cl of Hysope Elderflower Tonic Water. Stir.
Add a slice of lemon against the inside the glass for a beautiful transparent effect.
Serve with a Hysope Elderflower Tonic Water bottle.
