St-Germain Cucumber

Ingredients

2 cl Fleur de Sureau liqueur St-Germain
2 cl lemon juice
1.5 cl honey syrup
12 cl of Cucumber Tonic Water Hysope

Garnish

Cucumber washer
Mint leaves

Basil cucumber smash cocktail basil cucumber hysope Cucumber Tonic Water

Preparation

  1. Fill a highball glass with large ice cubes and stir with a cocktail spoon to refresh your glass.
  2. Pour 2 cl of St-Germain into your glass.
  3. Add 2 cl juice from lemon and 1.5 cl honey syrup.
  4. Add 12 cl of Cucumber Tonic Water Hysope.
  5. Stir gently upright (to avoid breaking the bubbles) with a cocktail spoon.
  6. Add an extra large ice cube.
  7. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a few fresh mint leaves.

 

*Hysope tip: 

Tap the mint leaves on the palm of your hand to release all their flavours!
