The Perfect Paloma

Difficulty:
Half slice of grapefruit

Ingredients

4 cl of Tequila Blanco Don Julio
2 cl of lime juice
1 cl agave syrup
12 cl of Pink Grapefruit Craft Soda Hysope

Garnish

Half grapefruit slice
Flower of salt

Half slice of grapefruit

Preparation

  1. Prepare your highball glass by rimming the rim with fleur de sel, using sugar syrup.
  2. Fill it with large ice cubes.
  3. Stir with a cocktail spoon to cool.
  4. In your glass, pour 4 cl of Tequila Blanco Don Julio, 2 cl of lime juice and 1 cl of agave syrup.
  5. Add 12 cl of Pink Grapefruit Craft Soda Hysope.
  6. Stir vertically (to avoid breaking the bubbles), using a cocktail spoon.
  7. Garnish with half a grapefruit slice.
