Cucumber Gin Tonic

Lime zest
Sprig of rosemary

Preparation

  1. Fill a copa glass with large ice cubes.
  2. Mix with a cocktail spoon to refresh the glass.
  3. Pour in 4 cl of Hendrick's Gin.
  4. Top up with 12 cl of Cucumber Tonic Water Hysope. Mix.
  5. Squeeze the lime zest before placing it in the glass with a sprig of rosemary.
  6. Serve with the bottle of Cucumber Tonic Water Hysope.
