Half grapefruit slice

Preparation

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes and stir with a cocktail spoon to refresh the glass.
  2. Pour in 3 cl of St-Germain Elderflower Liqueue, 1.5 cl of Tequila Blanco Don Julio and 3.5 cl of Rosé Wine.
  3. Add 15 cl of Pink Grapefruit Craft Soda.
  4. Stir gently upright (to avoid breaking the bubbles) with a cocktail spoon.
  5. Garnish with half a grapefruit slice.
