Espresso Latini

Ingredients

4 cl of Vodka #1 Distillery of Saint-Malo
2.5 cl of Amaretto Adriatico
1 bar spoon of orange blossom water
1 shot of espresso
5 cl of Original Tonic Water Hysope

Garnish

Orange zest

Preparation

  1. Fill a Collins glass with large ice cubes.
  2. Mix with a cocktail spoon to refresh the glass.
  3. Prepare a shot of espresso.
  4. In your shaker: pour 4 cl of Vodka #1, 1.5 cl of Amaretto , 1 barspoon (1 cl) of orange blossom water, then finish with the shot of espresso still warm.
  5. Shake!
  6. Using a cocktail strainer, pour the mixture into the glass.
  7. Top up with 5 cl of Original Tonic Water Hysope pouring it along a cocktail spoon to preserve the foam.
