Ingredients

3 cl Giffard Wild Elderflower Liqueur
2 cl lemon juice
20 cl of Pink Grapefruit Craft Soda Hysope

Garnish

Edible flowers

Preparation

Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes and stir to refresh the glass.
Pour into your glass 3 cl of Giffard Wild Elderflower Liqueur and 2 cl of lemon juice.
Add 20 cl of Pink Grapefruit Craft Soda.
Stir vertically (to avoid breaking the bubbles) with a cocktail spoon.
Garnish with one or two edible flowers.
