Preparation

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes and stir to refresh the glass.
  2. Pour into your glass 3 cl of Giffard Wild Elderflower Liqueur and 2 cl of lemon juice.
  3. Add 20 cl of Pink Grapefruit Craft Soda.
  4. Stir vertically (to avoid breaking the bubbles) with a cocktail spoon.
  5. Garnish with one or two edible flowers.
