Mezcal Paloma

Half slice of grapefruit

Ingredients

3 cl Mezcal Koch
1 cl agave syrup
15 cl of Pink Grapefruit Craft Soda Hysope

Garnish

Espelette pepper salt

Half slice of grapefruit

Preparation

  1. Prepare your highball glass by rimming the rim with Espelette pepper salt and sugar syrup.
  2. Fill with ice cubes and stir with a cocktail spoon to refresh.
  3. Pour 3 cl of Mezcal Koch into your glass and 1 cl of agave syrup.
  4. Add 15 cl of Pink Grapefruit Craft Soda Hysope.
  5. Stir with a cocktail spoon in a vertical position (to avoid breaking the bubbles).
  6. Garnish with half a grapefruit slice.
