Menthe-Pastille Cucumber

Ingredients

2 cl of Menthe-Pastille
2 cl lemon juice
13 cl of Cucumber Tonic Water Hysope

Optional
2 dashes of saline solution

Garnish

Cucumber washer
Mint leaves

Basil cucumber smash cocktail basilic concombre hysope tonic water concombre

Preparation

  1. Fill a highball glass with large ice cubes and stir with a cocktail spoon to refresh your glass.
  2. Pour 2 cl of Menthe-Pastille into your glass.
  3. Add 2 cl of lemon juice.
  4. For a slight twist, add 2 dashes of saline solution.
  5. Extend with 13 cl of Cucumber Tonic Water Hysope.
  6. Stir gently upright (to avoid breaking the bubbles) with a cocktail spoon.
  7. Add an extra large ice cube.
  8. Garnish with a slice of Cucumber and a few fresh mint leaves.

 

*Hysope tip: 

Tap the mint leaves on the palm of your hand to release all their flavours!
