Mezcal Mule

Ingredients

4 cl of Mezcal Herencia de Sanchez
10 cl of Spicy Ginger Beer Hysope
1 cl of lime juice
2 cl of Monin agave syrup

Garnish

Slice of fresh ginger
Pinch of hot pepper

Preparation

  1. Fill a copper mug with large ice cubes. Stir with a cocktail spoon to refresh the glass.
  2. Directly into the glass: pour 4 cl of Mezcal Herencia de Sanchez, 1 cl of lime juice and 2 cl of agave syrup. Mix.
  3. Top with 10 cl of Spicy Ginger Beer Hysope.
  4. Garnish with a dome of crushed ice, a slice of fresh ginger and a pinch of chili pepper.
  5. Serve with the bottle of Spicy Ginger Beer Hysope.
