4 cl of Hendrick’s Gin
12 cl of Cucumber Tonic Water Hysope

Garnish

Lime zest
Sprig of rosemary

Preparation

Fill a copa glass with large ice cubes.
Mix with a cocktail spoon to refresh the glass.
Pour in 4 cl of Hendrick's Gin.
Top up with 12 cl of Cucumber Tonic Water Hysope. Mix.
Squeeze the lime zest before placing it in the glass with a sprig of rosemary.
Serve with the bottle of Cucumber Tonic Water Hysope.
